Blue Kauai Regular Rates for High Season
May 27 through September 7 & Dec 15 through Apr 1 and Holiday weeks

2 people: $320 per night or $2,240 per week
4 people: $370 per night or $2,590 per week
6 people: $420 per night or $2,940 per week

Blue Kauai Regular Rates for Low Season
September 8 through Dec 15* & April 1 through May 26
(*with the exception of Holidays and week of PGA Grand Slam of Golf Nov 29th - Dec 6th)

2 people: $245 per night or $1,715 per week
4 people: $295 per night or $2,065 per week
6 people: $345 per night or $2,415 per week

Please ask about our specials; at different times of the year we offer attractive rates depending on availability, particularly for last minute travelers. PGA Grand Slam of Golf : we are less than 2 minutes by car from the famous Poipu Bay Golf Course . This is a hugely popular annual Golf event – book early for the 1st week in December!

1-6 night bookings
Are only available as follows: as a last minute (one month out) booking or as available long-term. Blue Kauai is generally booked on a one week basis.

Deposit
A $500 deposit is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking. This also acts as a refundable Security Deposit, separate from the Total Rental Amount. Your Security Deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of Check-out, assuming no extraordinary cleaning/maintenance/damage.

Payment
Full payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date (90 days for Christmas/New Years). Rates do not include Hawaii State Tax. There is a one time out-cleaning fee of $175.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that guests may need to cancel a reservation due to unplanned circumstances. Guests who notify us in writing at least 60 days* prior to check-in receive a refund of $300. The balance of the Security Deposit is retained to cover administrative costs. The total rental amount is due 60 days prior to check-in. Cancellations within 60 days of check-in result in a $300 cancellation fee and refund of only the amounts that may be collected from re-booking the property. We recommend travel insurance for anyone concerned about his or her ability to travel. Some major credit cards offer travel insurance when you use their card for full payment (please check with your card provider). * Christmas/New Year bookings are governed by separate policy.
